Help for creating Live Photos from videos, choosing a key photo, previewing the result, and saving to Photos.

Before contacting support

Confirm that Photos permission is enabled for LivePhoto.
Use a video saved in your Photos library.
Keep the selected Live Photo moment to about 3 seconds.
Try a shorter clip if export or saving fails.

What to include

If you report an issue, include the video type, device model, iOS version, and the step where the problem happened. This helps narrow down permission, format, and export issues quickly.
